Requirements

  • Master’s or diploma degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years experience in global process domains, focus on Payroll, Time, Benefits, SAP/ERP and standard software
  • Several years leadership experience
  • Proven experience setting global standards, leading transformation projects, coaching experts in international environments
  • Broad strategic understanding of Business Unit positioning, technology trends, competitor strategies, benchmarking approaches
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management capabilities, confident representation in international forums, workshops, conferences
  • Fluent English skills, German and further languages considered an advantage

Tasks

  • Shape globally harmonized Payroll, Time, and Benefits processes
  • Drive global standards and complex transformation initiatives
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration in a strategic GBS environment
  • Contribute to the success of global initiatives
  • Measure and manage the lifecycle of global Payroll, Time, and Benefits processes
  • Ensure payroll controls, time recording, absence management, and benefits administration
  • Develop and maintain global process and project roadmaps
  • Collaborate with GBS H2R Global Process Owner and Global HR Solution Owner
  • Align processes with the SAP/ERP target landscape
  • Serve as the main contact for global standards and system ownership
  • Act as delegate Global Process Owner and System Owner
  • Lead and steer large-scale global programs
  • Ensure compliant deployment through SOPs, training, and validation
  • Contribute to Business Unit strategy development
  • Design the IT target landscape with a global process management perspective
  • Lead, develop, and engage a team of (Senior) Process Managers and (Senior) Project Managers
  • Manage and coordinate external resources
