- •Report monthly credit positions to executive leadership
- •Align reporting standards with financial auditor requirements
- •Manage the Global Business Services credit tracking team
- •Train staff on new reporting tools and processes
- •Liaise with IT on data-related issues
- •Oversee internal audits and external portal management
- •Expand reporting tools to meet RSPO requirements
- •Drive initiatives within the Centre of Excellence
- •Manage relationships with cocoa and non-cocoa certification bodies
- •Coordinate lobbying efforts and stakeholder communications
