Requirements

• •Juris Doctor, equivalent legal degree, or admission to practice
• •15+ years of legal experience in multinational environments
• •Expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and ethics
• •Strong command of EU, US, and UAE legal frameworks
• •Multilingual proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills
• •Strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership

Tasks

• •Maintain legal compliance for all global subsidiaries
• •Manage board resolutions and shareholder agreements
• •Oversee intercompany agreements and cross-border structuring
• •Coordinate local filings with external counsel
• •Draft jurisdiction-specific employment contracts and policies
• •Ensure compliance with local labor laws
• •Handle investigations, terminations, and whistleblower cases
• •Manage union relations and collective bargaining
• •Monitor legal changes in space law and export controls
• •Oversee GDPR and international data protection compliance
• •Lead internal audits and compliance training
• •Respond to regulatory inquiries and inspections
• •Design anti-corruption and ethical conduct policies
• •Advise on reputational risk and crisis response
• •Promote integrity and accountability across business units
• •Draft and negotiate supplier and partnership agreements
• •Implement milestone-based invoicing and performance clauses
• •Manage international dispute resolution and enforceability
