- High degree of systems proficiency
- Experience in compliance-related policies
- Certification such as CCEP is desirable
- Experience with artificial intelligence is a plus
Tasks
- Design and execute risk-based annual monitoring plans
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on operations
- Support initiatives to align compliance programs with ISO 37301
- Assist with internal and external audits and monitor corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in compliance management
- Manage the intake, triage, planning, interviews, evidence analysis, and reporting for ethics investigations
- Safeguard confidentiality and coordinate cross-functionally on remedial actions
- Analyze trends and root causes, recommending policy and training enhancements
- Support the implementation of a risk-tiered due diligence program for third parties
- Ensure compliance with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sanctions regulations
- Assist in implementing privacy policies and incident response protocols
