Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years experience in fund accounting, financial accounting, or audit
- •Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and/or IFRS
- •Commercial or accounting education or professional accounting qualification
- •Structured, solution-oriented working style and analytical skills
- •Very good command of MS Office and Excel
- •Excellent command of English
- •Strong communication skills, teamwork, and independence

- •Perform day-to-day accounting for closed-end funds
- •Maintain investment ledgers and general ledger accounts
- •Book capital calls, distributions, and management fees
- •Process fund-related expenses and manage accounts payable
- •Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
- •Execute month-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations
- •Perform cash and investment variance analyses
- •Review transaction documentation and create overview sheets
- •Maintain organized records for all accounting activities
- •Resolve discrepancies and ad hoc financial issues
- •Assist with regulatory filings and investor reporting
- •Improve and automate existing accounting processes
