Tasks
- Own financial and operational numbers
- Ensure P&L transparency and rolling forecasts
- Manage KPI ownership and investor reporting
- Translate business changes into financial implications
- Maintain accurate P&L, cash, runway, and budget views
- Keep forecasts dynamic and assumption-driven
- Build KPI and OKR system linking business to financial outcomes
- Support major decisions with robust business cases
- Prepare management and investor reports
- Conduct financial analyses for funding rounds
- Coordinate with German tax advisor
- Drive internal stakeholders to complete tasks
- Improve reporting structures and reduce manual work
- Implement AI-supported workflows in reporting
- Conduct variance analysis and forecasting
