Facility / Fab Support Manager(m/w/x)

Description

You will lead a specialized team to manage cleanroom infrastructure, from planning complex layouts and supply lines to overseeing the critical systems that keep semiconductor tools running.

Requirements

• •Technical education HTL or comparable qualification
• •Experience in the semiconductor industry
• •Experience with semiconductor equipment and hardware
• •Experience in maintenance and project management
• •Knowledge of vacuum and abatement systems
• •Understanding of cleanroom technologies and requirements
• •Technical knowledge of facility systems
• •Strong English and German language skills
• •Collaborative, communicative personality and problem-solving skills

Tasks

• •Plan and realize cleanroom space
• •Conduct feasibility checks and capacity planning
• •Manage layout plans and equipment data
• •Coordinate with external planners and facility groups
• •Support and coordinate cleanroom equipment moves
• •Perform specialized cleanroom engineering tasks
• •Order materials, pedestals, and services
• •Manage hook-ups for semiconductor tools
• •Plan supply line routing with engineering teams
• •Oversee gas supply and monitoring systems
• •Manage vacuum pumps and abatement systems
• •Handle facility budgets and service contracts
• •Lead and develop a five-person team
