- •Degree in electrical, automation, mechatronics engineering or similar
- •5+ years experience managing maintenance or engineering teams
- •Knowledge of manufacturing process and equipment stability systems
- •Understanding of manufacturing, lean principles, and Six Sigma
- •Structured communication, prioritization, and coordination skills
- •Continuous improvement orientation and high flexibility
- •Ability to make rapid decisions under pressure
- •Mandatory English proficiency and beneficial German skills

- •Manage first-level escalations with suppliers and stakeholders
- •Coordinate communication revisions for the company's customers
- •Contribute to quality audits and drive resulting actions
- •Prioritize cost reduction and equipment robustness projects
- •Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- •Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques
- •Optimize tool uptime to improve cost of ownership
