  • •Resolve technical issues independently during on-call shifts
  • •Lead and support system optimization projects
  • •Liaise with manufacturers and external service technicians
  • •Collaborate with production, engineering, and facility teams
  • •Improve maintenance plans and procedures
  • •Document results and prepare work instructions
  • •Create and deliver technical training sessions
  • •Manage spare parts inventory
