Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in DataOps, MLOps, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering oder vergleichbarem Umfeld
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder quantitativ)
  • Gutes Verständnis von Dateninfrastrukturen und Datenplattformen (z.B. Redshift)
  • Gutes Verständnis für produktiven Betrieb von ML/KI-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit Technologien wie Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
  • Fähigkeit zur Einordnung technischer Zusammenhänge und Zusammenarbeit mit DataOps/MLOps-Profilen
  • Erfahrung in Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

Tasks

  • Mitarbeiter:innen der Expertise Group Data- & MLOps disziplinarisch führen und weiterentwickeln
  • Aufbau des neuen AI Chapters mitgestalten
  • Rollen, Kompetenzen und Entwicklungswege für DataOps- und MLOps-Profile entwickeln
  • Mitarbeiter:innen fachlich und persönlich entwickeln und begleiten
  • Mit Tech Leads Daten- und AI-Plattformen weiterentwickeln
  • Best Practices, Wissensaustausch und Zusammenarbeit im Chapter fördern
  • Recruiting, Auswahl und Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen verantworten
