Requirements

  • Completed degree or many years of experience in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or comparable field
  • Advantageous experience in agricultural sector or market
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics services, customer and sales support
  • Desirable initial management experience
  • Very good stakeholder management
  • Confident use of SAP, Salesforce, and common IT programs
  • High IT affinity
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 5–10% internationally)

Tasks

  • Oversee scheduling and customer service operations
  • Drive service organization development
  • Design efficient, customer-centric processes
  • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives
  • Lead and develop the scheduling and customer service team
  • Ensure first-class service delivery
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and international logistics
  • Ensure efficient processes and excellent service
  • Ensure on-time deliveries with partners and local teams
  • Maintain optimal stock levels with partners and local teams
  • Optimize and digitize the logistics and supply chain system
  • Align systems with Austrian market requirements
  • Define and implement logistics goals, guidelines, and processes
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on logistics
  • Coordinate IT, logistics, and sales for seamless integration
  • Manage all after-sales processes
  • Ensure correct and timely invoicing
  • Provide direct support for strategic customer issues
  • Manage orders using Salesforce and SAP
  • Optimize integration across S4-Hana, SF Lightning, dealer portal, online shop
  • Maintain and optimize customer data in Salesforce
  • Ensure an efficient customer hotline
  • Manage complaints professionally and proactively
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction
