Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable qualification; alternatively several years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning or S&OP
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, process design and optimization
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP (Demand & Supply Planning) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on process optimization and solid understanding of master data management and process standards
  • Structured, solution-oriented, independent working style; ability to communicate complex topics effectively
  • Strong team player with confident communication skills across national and international stakeholders
  • Proficient use of digital tools and applications
  • Willingness to travel; good German and very good written and spoken English skills

Tasks

  • Manage and develop global F2P/S&OP process
  • Serve as central contact for stakeholders
  • Develop and implement global process standards
  • Analyze and optimize S&OP/F2P processes
  • Enhance KPIs for S&OP/F2P
  • Support and develop SAP IBP
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Collaborate with IT on testing and releases
  • Represent SCM in S/4HANA project
  • Co-design future process and system landscape
  • Integrate SAP IBP and S/4HANA
  • Create and process change requests
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Create and maintain training documentation
  • Provide user support
