Tasks

  • Optimize end-to-end supply chain performance
  • Drive excellence in Order to Cash process
  • Lead global Sales & Operations Planning
  • Align demand, capacity, and supply
  • Set and track planning KPIs
  • Define global logistics and warehousing strategy
  • Standardize logistics processes and 3PL governance
  • Improve cost, service, and delivery performance
  • Manage daily O2C operations and KPIs
  • Resolve cross-functional issues
  • Lead monthly S&OP cycle
  • Balance demand, supply, and capacity
  • Track planning performance
  • Oversee 3PLs, transport, and warehouse operations
  • Manage SCM budgets and cost optimization
  • Optimize working capital performance
  • Drive Lean and digitalization initiatives
  • Standardize processes for efficiency
  • Mitigate supply chain risks
  • Ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance
  • Lead and develop global SCM organization
