- Drive IT transformation and synchronize operations
- Oversee and integrate EUCOM Enterprise IT activities
- Balance service delivery with emerging technologies
- Integrate automation, cloud services, and AI
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement
- Promote iterative delivery and digital literacy
- Engage senior leaders up to Flag level
- Collaborate with J6 leaders and mission partners
- Shape modernization priorities and synchronize portfolios
- Report to the ELITE Program Manager
- Coordinate with the Program Management Office
- Manage a workforce of over 200 personnel
- Ensure high-quality enterprise IT service delivery
- Unify architecture, engineering, cyber, and operations
- Align procurement and logistics within a unified framework
- Lead data and AI initiatives
- Present capability roadmaps for command and control
- Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic gaps
- Inform long-term strategy for J6 and ELITE
- Execute Agile and SAFe program activities
- Integrate planning across diverse technical areas
- Identify mission gaps and deliver technical solutions
- Develop and communicate IT transformation strategies
- Manage budgets and resources for multiple CLINs
- Develop proposals and price estimates for RFPs
- Oversee technical direction and service delivery
- Lead workforce development, staffing, and retention
- Manage quality assurance and quality control
- Execute structured stakeholder engagement plans
- Build trusted relationships with senior DoD leadership
- Mentor team leads to drive collaboration
