Knowledge Management Team Lead(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain TESA visa in Germany - BA/BS + 5 years, AA/AS + 7 years, major cert + 9 years, OR 11 years specialized KM/IT experience
- 5+ years leading technical teams and managing IT/KM projects
- Experience developing/executing project schedules, communications plans, stakeholder engagement strategies
- 10+ years military/joint headquarters experience supporting 3-4 star organizations
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE) within 90 days
- Strong written/oral communication, ability to brief senior leaders, proven record of building consensus
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project/program certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Prior work in Agile development or SAFe environments
Tasks
- Lead 45-person Knowledge Management team
- Coordinate technical projects
- Manage knowledge managers and software engineers
- Facilitate requirements collection
- Define and oversee solution execution
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Produce and manage project plans
- Maintain technical credibility in knowledge management
- Support digital transformation and IT systems integration
- Mentor cross-functional agile teams
- Develop and deploy mission-aligned product features
- Balance workloads and align outputs to command priorities
- Apply systems engineering and cloud technology expertise
- Co-develop scalable, mission-critical solutions
- Supervise enterprise process modeling and analysis
- Leverage requirements engineering and stakeholder engagement
- Support data-driven decisions and KM strategy
- Define project milestones
- Allocate resources
- Maintain executive-level stakeholder communication
- Translate strategic objectives into technical solutions
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities
- Develop Business Case Analyses
- Recommend balanced mission and technical solutions
- Oversee SharePoint Online site development
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Create Power BI dashboards
- Partner with enterprise service owners
- Integrate knowledge management capabilities
