As you lead the equipment engineering team, you'll drive operational excellence by optimizing tool performance and mentoring managers to ensure critical production and quality goals are met.

Requirements

• •Degree in electrical, automation, mechatronics engineering or similar
• •5+ years experience managing maintenance or engineering teams
• •Knowledge of manufacturing process and equipment stability systems
• •Understanding of manufacturing, lean principles, and Six Sigma
• •Structured communication, prioritization, and coordination skills
• •Continuous improvement orientation and high flexibility
• •Ability to make rapid decisions under pressure
• •Mandatory English proficiency and beneficial German skills

Tasks

• •Lead and inspire the equipment engineering team
