- •5+ years Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- •DACH market expertise and Northern Europe network
- •Leadership in complex multi-stakeholder deals
- •Methodology-driven execution using MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
- •Fluency with executive and technical audiences
- •Consultative selling and narrative tailoring skills
- •Strong CRM hygiene and operational discipline
- •Collaboration mindset and team elevation
- •Native German, fluent English, Europe-based
- •Open-source ecosystem and PLG experience
- •Experience selling technical workflow or automation
- •Early-stage or scale-up environment experience
- •Existing right to work or visa eligibility

- •Build pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
- •Execute account planning and territory strategy
- •Qualify opportunities using deep discovery and MEDDIC
- •Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle
- •Conduct product demos and technical evaluations
- •Lead complex procurement and contract negotiations
- •Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- •Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across diverse stakeholders
- •Drive mutual action plans to ensure deal momentum
- •Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
- •Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate deals
- •Represent the company at industry events and meetings
