Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in expanding accounts and winning new business
  • Experience selling ERP, CRM, Finance, or Revenue/Subscription solutions
  • Strong strategic thinking and mapping technology to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English
  • Structured, reliable, ownership-driven work style
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Salesforce CRM experience and MEDDIC familiarity
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required
