  • Ensure facilities and equipment availability
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance
  • Manage external service providers
  • Plan and monitor maintenance budget
  • Drive system optimization initiatives
  • Lead smaller capital investment projects
  • Plan and execute projects
  • Hand over completed projects
