- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or similar systems
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken

- Maintain and optimize facilities and equipment
- Ensure reliable performance
- Align with GMP, HSE, and economic requirements
- Manage technical changes through change control
- Execute qualification activities
- Support facilities, HVAC systems, and equipment
- Update life-cycle documentation
- Maintain SOPs, FMEAs, and technical records
- Ensure facilities and equipment availability
- Coordinate preventive maintenance
- Manage external service providers
- Plan and monitor maintenance budget
- Drive system optimization initiatives
- Lead smaller capital investment projects
- Plan and execute projects
- Hand over completed projects
