Requirements
- 5+ years in Senior IT Operations or Systems Engineering role
- Track record of acting as technical lead or mentor
- Expertise in Azure and Entra ID
- Deep understanding of managing identity and devices in Microsoft ecosystem
- Mastery of Zero-Touch Deployment
- Proven experience architecting solutions with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager
- Successful navigation of MDM migrations
- Experience moving fleets to Kandji or Jamf
- Expert-level knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and configuration
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and configuration
- Systems-Thinking mindset
- Preference for building automated solutions over band-aid fixes
- Comfortable with scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Ability to build and maintain own tooling
- Energized by cleaning up and improving systems
- Desire to build global blueprint for scaling
- Hands-on experience with Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle
- Experience in Fintech or regulated environments
- Understanding of SOC2 or ISO compliance
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts with international hardware and leasing partners
Tasks
- Conduct comprehensive audit of Azure/Entra setup
- Lead security and compliance cleanup
- Manage Zero-touch deployment strategy
- Ensure seamless first-day experience for new hires
- Drive AI-powered tooling and automation
- Reduce manual device management
- Partner with Systems Engineering for compliance
- Integrate CMDB with Service Desk
- Automate asset recovery and e-wasting
- Ensure 100% device compliance
- Facilitate frictionless onboarding/offboarding
- Evaluate infrastructure for next evolution
- Manage migrations to specialized tools
- Collaborate on hardware budgets and contracts
- Monitor asset lifecycle costs
