Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent professional experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or comparable qualification through professional experience
- Several years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partnering with focus on labor law
- Several years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and/or HR Business Partnering with focus on labor law
- Experience working with international stakeholders or in an international HR environment
- Experience with international stakeholders or international HR environment, ideally with responsibility for more than one country
- Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality with high customer orientation
- Proactive, empathetic personality with high customer orientation and ability to act clearly, fairly, and solution-oriented in sensitive situations
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, confidently, and tailored to audience

Tasks
- Advise on labor law and HR questions
- Handle disciplinary actions and warnings
- Manage terminations and conflict resolution
- Guide leaders on performance management
- Support separation processes legally
- Train leaders and teams on labor law
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal advisors
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Mars guidelines
- Participate in transformation projects
- Align projects with AniCura and Mars values
- Provide clarity in complex situations
- Make fair and well-informed decisions
- Combine legal expertise with empathy
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for leaders
- Drive the development of AniCura’s Employee Relations strategy
