- Experience in US-headquartered or multinational company
- Comfortable in split Labor/Employee Relations setup
- Fluent in German and English
- ER experience across Central European countries
- Experience building ER practices or frameworks
- Tech or fast-paced, agile environment background
- No AI or recording tools in interviews without permission
Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of 3 ER Consultants
- Handle high-complexity and high-visibility ER cases
- Create ER frameworks, playbooks, and templates
- Shift team focus from reactive to proactive ER
- Identify trends and flag risks early
- Manage performance cases within German legal boundaries
- Collaborate closely with the Works Council LR partner
- Advise business leaders and HRBPs on ER matters
- Report ER trends and organizational health to senior stakeholders
- Partner with Labor Relations on intersecting topics
