- Prior experience with Workday tool is a plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus

Tasks
- Manage employee life-cycle events with managers and employees
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in Workday and HR files
- Handle complex queries from employees and managers with Centralised People Services
- Inform staff through various communication channels in coordination with the Communication Expert
- Maintain and update policies and procedures in the Employee Journey domain
- Oversee storage, archiving, and deletion processes for the HR department
- Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes for efficiency and quality
- Represent Switzerland in global calls and understand the Group strategy and projects portfolio
- Contribute to developing change plans and coordinate change projects towards an outsourced HR model
- Collaborate with team members to address interdependencies during changes
- Maintain a strong end-to-end perspective and manage complexity effectively
- Leverage new technology to streamline internal and outsourced processes
- Foster a culture that embraces and supports change
- Prepare dashboards for Group and local Management
- Act as the point of contact for the Global HR Data Maintenance team (Workday)
- Perform complex HR data processing tasks and advise colleagues as needed
- Ensure data quality standards are met within the HR local team
- Implement new legal requirements in Workday across all modules
- Raise issues and submit change requests for Workday configuration when necessary
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws in HR processes
- Take ownership of risk management within your area of expertise
- Monitor key risk indicators
- Ensure timely regulatory reporting (CSRD)
- Report incidents and perform 'lessons learned' analysis to update procedures and policies
- Act as backup for the Payroll & Benefits Expert during absences
