- Develop and implement EHS management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)
- Serve as EHS expert and advisor to management and staff
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits
- Ensure legal compliance (e.g., ASchG, ATEX, waste and hazardous substances laws)
- Conduct risk assessments and accident investigations
- Derive and implement preventive measures
- Organize and document EHS training
- Coordinate emergency, fire protection, and environmental measures
- Promote a strong safety and prevention culture
- Collaborate closely with authorities, auditors, and external partners
