  • Fluent English
  • Basic German or learning German
  • EU resident or valid working permit for Vienna
  • Available to start mid-May/early June

Tasks

  • Ensure smooth operations at Zoku
  • Coach and train the operational team
  • Support the team in maintaining high service standards
  • Guide and align the team with goals and KPIs
  • Manage team schedules and projects
  • Troubleshoot and mediate conflicts
  • Handle safety and security procedures
  • Actively assist the Sidekicks on the floor
  • Address special reservation requests
  • Manage guest complaints
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Oversee daily operations across departments
  • Handle reservations and payments
  • Place orders
  • Supervise M&E operations
  • Manage special events
  • Maintain focus on operational needs

Work Experience

  • 2 years

Education

  • High school diploma

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Basic
