- Optimize short-term asset operations for safety, environment, and performance
- Support plant portfolio development and transformation projects
- Collaborate on integrated operational planning for hydro assets
- Maintain relevant certifications for plants and office locations
- Foster an inclusive, performance-oriented culture
- Drive operational excellence in hydro technologies and processes
- Support team growth and development
