  • Collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Professional qualifications (CFA, CIMA, or ACCA) are a plus
  • Direct experience with OneStream
  • Direct experience with Anaplan

Tasks

  • Oversee three iconic brands: foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti
  • Serve as strategic co-pilot for C-level and functional heads
  • Lead transition of regional FP&A team to high-impact matrix organization
  • Orchestrate Monthly Rolling Forecast and Annual Budgeting processes
  • Harmonize planning cycles across Europe and APAC
  • Lead Finance Business Partner framework
  • Act as primary contact for Regional Heads of Logistics, Marketing, Service Ops, and Pricing
  • Challenge assumptions and co-create value
  • Translate operational drivers into financial impact
  • Manage and mentor regional FP&A managers
  • Foster culture of 'Dive Deep' and 'Own It'
  • Partner with Controlling and Finance Systems teams
  • Drive process harmonization and Anaplan optimization
  • Steer project timelines
  • Assess brand change requests against regional priorities
  • Drive comprehensive model standardization
