  • Align market strategies with corporate growth agendas
  • Lead structured partner search and evaluation processes
  • Conduct comprehensive partner due diligence
  • Negotiate complex international licensing and distribution agreements
  • Structure agreements with milestone payments and royalties
  • Define transfer pricing mechanisms and performance incentives
  • Ensure agreements meet regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements
  • Maintain compliance with quality and operational standards
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments
  • Monitor partner performance against contractual targets
  • Lead corrective action plans for partner performance
