Digital Marketing Specialist(m/w/x)
Managing HubSpot CRM campaigns and optimizing digital marketing platforms. 3-6 years B2B digital marketing experience required. 30 days holiday, flexible hours, and in-house canteen.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–6 years digital marketing experience, ideally B2B
- Hands-on HubSpot and marketing automation
- Campaign execution and lead management
- Website management (CMS, SEO, analytics)
- Performance marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience with external agencies and cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills for data insights
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Salesforce integrations familiarity (plus)
- Experience with SEO tools (SemRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEOclarity)
- Basic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, PlayPlay)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools/platforms
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, organized
- Strong execution mindset, focus on quality/delivery
- Data-driven and solution-oriented
- Collaborative team player, strong communication
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Tasks
- Manage and optimize digital marketing platforms and campaigns
- Work closely with senior marketing stakeholders
- Implement and optimize digital marketing activities
- Set up and manage HubSpot CRM campaigns
- Create and manage segmentation and contact lists
- Develop marketing automation workflows and nurture programs
- Implement lead scoring models and email marketing
- Maintain reporting dashboards and data structure
- Support Salesforce–HubSpot integration
- Manage weekly MQL export/import processes
- Execute and support B2B digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Lead Generation and Business Development teams
- Optimize marketing funnel and MQL handover
- Improve engagement and conversion through campaign optimization
- Coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution
- Develop landing pages and marketing assets
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Act as key contact for agencies on operational topics
- Manage and maintain corporate website and digital platforms
- Publish and govern website content
- Create and optimize website pages
- Coordinate with development agencies
- Support SEO activities with external partners
- Monitor and optimize website performance using analytics
- Act as webmaster for smooth operation and improvement
- Support social media activities
- Coordinate content inputs and publishing
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Maintain and support the social media calendar
- Support employee advocacy initiatives
- Create and adapt digital marketing assets
- Design ad banners, social visuals, and basic video content
- Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Support marketing team with creative execution
- Track and analyze campaign and channel performance
- Generate insights on lead generation and conversion
- Analyze user engagement and website behavior
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and trends
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
