- •Apply and improve digital customer experience standards
- •Document and share best practices across the network
- •Drive the rollout of standard digital insurance solutions
- •Define business requirements for APIs and customer journeys
- •Manage group-level implementation of digital solutions
- •Optimize front-end tools and propose technical enhancements
- •Contribute to strategic non-business-as-usual initiatives
- •Align strategic plans with partners and internal stakeholders
- •Provide regular status updates on progress and roadblocks
- •Coordinate with IT, Legal, and Business Development teams
- •Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- •Research digital trends and AI use cases
- •Adopt new tools and processes through continuous training
