- Prepare spot quotes and support RFQ opportunities
- Collaborate with local teams for competitive pricing
- Onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion
- Cross-sell customs and haulage services
- Drive business on strategic trade lanes
- Coordinate transitions between sales and operations
- Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams
- Deliver new business volume and revenue
- Provide market insights for product development
- Maintain high customer satisfaction during implementation
