  • Prepare spot quotes and support RFQ opportunities
  • Collaborate with local teams for competitive pricing
  • Onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion
  • Cross-sell customs and haulage services
  • Drive business on strategic trade lanes
  • Coordinate transitions between sales and operations
  • Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams
  • Deliver new business volume and revenue
  • Provide market insights for product development
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction during implementation
