Tasks

  • Identify and win new customers with regular Air and LCL volumes
  • Generate leads using sales tools, networks, and market insights
  • Sell tailored Air and LCL solutions using relevant value propositions
  • Prepare spot quotes and support large RFQ opportunities
  • Collaborate with local product teams on pricing and growth
  • Onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion
  • Cross-sell and upsell customs and haulage services
  • Drive new business on strategic trade lanes
  • Coordinate smooth transitions from sales to operations
  • Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams seamlessly
  • Provide market insights to support product development
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction from contact through implementation
