Requirements

  • University degree in Economics or Finance
  • 1-5 years’ experience in business & data analytics, finance, data automation, controlling or financial accounting
  • MS Office with advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint, Power BI / Qlik / Tableau
  • Competencies in usage of Snowflake and source systems, e.g. CRM, SAP
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork, initiative-taking, flexibility, adaptability, self-accountability, and independence
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate outcomes
  • Professional proficiency in English, German desirable
  • Knowledge of AI, Biostatistics, Change Management, Data Governance, Data Literacy, Data Quality, Data Science, Data Visualization, Deep Learning, Graph Algorithms, Learning Agility, Logistic Regression Model, Machine Learning, NLP, Pandas, Python, R, SQL, Stakeholder Engagement, Statistical Analysis, Time Series Analysis

Tasks

  • Collaborate with Therapeutic Area Heads to enhance brand strategy
  • Develop scalable and automated solutions for insights generation
  • Identify and evaluate growth potential and risk scenarios
  • Execute sales analyses and perform incentive calculations
  • Define and implement business cases for planning reviews
  • Foster a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Analyze data to create compelling narratives
  • Apply AI-enabled analytics to generate insights and recommendations
  • Co-create and maintain Power BI views
  • Leverage Snowflake's capabilities for data automation
  • Facilitate AI innovation projects with the Analytics Team
