Requirements
- 5+ years cybersecurity or security cooperation experience
- Strategic headquarters or Combatant Command experience
- Knowledge of DoD security cooperation policies
- Ability to write impactful reports
- Leadership in cross-functional teams
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or International Relations
- Experience with military cyber threats and defense
- Experience with planning
- Knowledge of NIST or ISO 27001 frameworks
- Knowledge of a European language
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or International Relations
- Security+ Certification
- JPME or PMP Certification
- Eligibility for access to classified information
- Willingness to be on camera during interviews
Tasks
- Conduct strategic planning and program development
- Engage partners and coordinate multinational efforts
- Assess programs and generate detailed reports
- Advise combatant command clients as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders
- Drive strategic cybersecurity objectives in the European theater
- Strengthen partnerships to ensure collective resilience
- Develop mission-forward solutions for emerging threats
