- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple staffs and DoD acquisition
- Modernize and build capabilities with European partners and Allies
- Assure communications information systems are available to commanders
- Become subject matter expert for country portfolios and projects
- Plan for the long-term
- Make strong professional relationships
- Ask tactical questions to move projects forward
