- Guide customers to product adoption
- Identify success metrics and remove friction

- Trace calculations and algorithms end-to-end
- Validate findings with customer datasets
- Deliver clear and accurate explanations
- Define and refine interfaces and integrations
- Advise on pricing configurations and workflows
- Monitor account health and run proactive mitigations
- Identify opportunities for integration-led expansion
