  • •Handle customer returns and complaints
  • •Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders
  • •Document and archive processed sales orders
  • •Manage SAP allocations and resolve problems
  • •Monitor stock reconciliation
  • •Co-design and implement local distribution strategies
  • •Collaborate with logistics and warehousing partners
  • •Coordinate with internal Quality and Commercial teams
  • •Ensure timely delivery to all Austrian customers
