Tasks

  • Provide customer service support
  • Manage order lifecycle
  • Enter orders into JDE
  • Check order accuracy
  • Verify inventory availability
  • Follow up with customers
  • Process backorder reports
  • Handle consignment stock orders
  • Support physical consignment checks
  • Resolve discrepancies with sales team
  • Manage credit orders
  • Ensure price information accuracy
  • Revise and adjust prices
  • Create and maintain ship-to addresses
  • Manage returned goods
  • Handle complaints and documentation
  • Coordinate with QA department
  • Coordinate FCA
  • Perform office duties
  • Archive and categorize documents
  • Administer basic EDI
  • Act as super-user for JDE and SFDC
  • Participate in service improvement projects
  • Train and mentor colleagues
