  • Excellent German and very good English skills

Tasks

  • Support customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle
  • Handle customer inquiries via written and phone communication
  • Calculate offers
  • Answer questions about leasing offers
  • Maintain data in the CRM system
  • Prepare operational reports
  • Liaise between internal departments and external partners
  • Optimize processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction
