  • Excellent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form

Tasks

  • Support customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Calculate quotes and answer questions about leasing offers
  • Maintain data in the CRM system
  • Prepare reports and handle operational tasks
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
  • Assist in optimizing processes while focusing on customer satisfaction
