Guiding international e-commerce and subscription clients through billing and payment platform setup at a subscription management solution provider. Experience with API tools required. International client interaction, proprietary billing platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, onboarding, project management, or related technical role
- Familiarity with e-commerce, subscription, payment, or accounting platforms (plus)
- Experience with API tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical processes
- Patient and empathetic customer service approach
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Multitasking and customer project management ability
- Proficiency in CRM software and onboarding tools
- Profound German and English skills
Tasks
- Help international e-commerce and subscription customers onboard
- Ensure understanding of billing platform features
- Ensure understanding of payment platform functionality
- Consult customers on using professional tools
- Guide customers in managing business operations
- Coordinate KYB applications for acquiring agreements
- Ensure a seamless KYB process for customers
- Explain technical concepts clearly and simply
- Help customers navigate the platform
- Resolve customer issues during onboarding
- Support building integrations to customer software and shop systems
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams
- Streamline the customer onboarding experience
- Address customer feedback effectively
- Develop and maintain customer training materials
- Develop and maintain customer onboarding documentation
- Gather customer insights and feedback
- Continuously improve the onboarding process
- Share findings with relevant teams
