Tasks
- Handle client communications
- Manage client changes and special requests

- Update CRM records
- Ensure CRM data accuracy
- Ensure cross-departmental visibility
- Collaborate with Coordinator and Ground Ops teams
- Ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify service improvement opportunities
- Identify client retention opportunities
- Handle charter requests
- Prepare tailored quotations
- Conduct availability checks
- Oversee booking transitions
- Respond promptly to client requests
- Liaise with Ground Ops
- Confirm aircraft and crew feasibility
- Manage client interactions in CRM
- Manage booking data in CRM
- Ensure transparent communication
- Support clients during booking process
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care teams
- Maintain service consistency
- Optimize conversion performance
