- Drive experimentation and optimization
- Set up A/B tests
- Analyze test results
- Turn insights into improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Create dashboards
- Segment lifecycle
- Optimize processes
- Develop experimentation frameworks
- Manage campaign calendar
- Align communications with lifecycle stages
- Align communications with business priorities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams
