- Provide business cases and ROI calculations
- Develop and refine customer segmentation
- Design measurement frameworks for CRM initiatives
- Lead post-campaign performance analyses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements
- Communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure excellent execution of loyalty/CRM activities
