- Experience with performance data and SQL
- Ability to communicate results to stakeholders
- Ownership of experiments and models
- Balance of statistical rigour and speed
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Tasks
- Apply statistical methods to predict ad performance
- Design and evaluate multivariate experiments
- Build frameworks to scale or stop creatives
- Use AI tools for creative scoring
- Partner with Creative and UA teams
- Translate results into strategic recommendations
