As the face of the company in Germany, you will drive market expansion by localizing products and managing regulatory relationships to ensure millions of customers benefit from better financial services.

Requirements

Tasks

• •Define product opportunities and market direction
• •Collaborate with global and regional teams
• •Develop vision for hyper-localized products
• •Partner with product managers and engineers
• •Deepen company presence and infrastructure
• •Identify growth and expansion strategies
• •Manage licensing and regulatory registration processes
• •Coordinate and submit regulatory applications
• •Support fulfillment of local requirements
• •Oversee day-to-day authorization requirements
• •Lead the German branch and operations
• •Serve as a Director for the branch
• •Manage relationships with regulators and government
• •Represent the company to the BaFin
• •Maintain oversight of German business operations
• •Provide leadership to local functional leads
• •Participate in committees and board meetings
• •Drive brand awareness with marketing teams
• •Position the company as an industry player
• •Lead commercial discussions with industry partners
• •Improve product speed and cost efficiency
