Requirements
- Experience in reception, concierge, or related field
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Confidence communicating at all levels
- Fluency in English and local language
- Strong PC literacy
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Understanding of front of house services
- Knowledge of telephone, email, and query direction
- Experience with meeting and event spaces setup
- Ability to be an excellent team player
- Previous catering or hospitality experience
- Facilities Management exposure
- Experience with Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of local area services
- Understanding of daily liaison with one-team partners
- Experience providing timely, accurate, and personalized responses
- Knowledge of room booking displays coordination
- Background in trouble ticket requests and administrative tasks
Tasks
- Ensure a positive visitor experience through superior service delivery
- Provide front of house services including sign-in, badging, luggage handling, lost and found, and deliveries
- Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public
- Maintain awareness of onsite events for a personalized visitor experience
- Contribute to high standards of presentation and functionality in front of house and event areas
- Set up meeting and event spaces according to team guidelines and EHS considerations
- Monitor meeting room environments, including furniture, signage, equipment, and consumables
- Manage and update room booking systems in Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint
- Provide information on local area services such as shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport
- Update room booking displays and support onsite space audits for operational excellence
