Tasks
- Lead and mentor reception teams in Zurich, Lucerne, and St. Moritz
- Manage daily operations and foster team collaboration
- Assign duties and oversee shift schedules
- Ensure consistent high-end service during all operating hours
- Instill a culture of elegance, composure, and attentive service
- Promote personal wellbeing and professional pride among team members
- Uphold Julius Baer’s high standards of client service
- Ensure seamless welcome experiences aligned with private banking values
- Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries
- Escalate inquiries to relevant departments as needed
- Contribute to crafting memorable, human-centered moments
- Liaise with administrative staff, facilities management, IT support, and event coordinators
- Ensure smooth office operations and support requests
- Manage supplies and equipment maintenance
- Maintain presentation of reception areas
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and data protection regulations
- Follow group-wide operational guidelines
