Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in economics, marketing, business management, or similar field
- Proven experience in demand generation (category development or sales); marketing is a plus
- Solid knowledge of channels, customers, shoppers, and commercial tools (promotions, POS materials, assortment layouts)
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Proven strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities
- Analytical mindset
- Fluent English and professional German proficiency; French is a plus
Tasks
- Build effective channel and promotional strategies
- Deliver cross-category promotions
- Co-develop market channel strategies
- Design budgeted multi-brand promotional plans
- Execute budgeted multi-brand promotional plans
- Drive customer engagement
- Coordinate with Sales and CDT teams
- Develop innovative promotions with shopper agencies
- Build market capabilities in Picture-of-Success creation
- Enhance promotion evaluation methods
- Contribute to MBP, QIR, and ICP planning
- Coach and develop young talents
Work Experience

- Bachelor's degree
