Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- 2-5 years professional experience in digital, content, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with CMS systems
- Hands-on experience with SEO basics and paid search
- Hands-on experience with Email marketing tools
- Hands-on experience with Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Execute content initiatives.
- Manage website and webshop updates.
- Support digital campaigns for visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital strategies.
- Plan, create, and publish website and webshop content.
- Develop and publish blog articles, case studies, and interviews.
- Craft and distribute email campaigns and newsletters.
- Generate and publish social media content.
- Design and produce brochures, one-pagers, and campaign assets.
- Support packaging and product communication materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and product messaging alignment.
- Maintain editorial calendars and content workflows.
- Support website and webshop ownership and optimization.
- Coordinate CMS updates, landing pages, and product content.
- Improve user experience (UX).
- Improve SEO and search visibility.
- Improve conversion paths and lead capture forms.
- Track and hand over leads to relevant teams.
- Support digital campaigns for brand initiatives.
- Support digital campaigns for product launches.
- Support digital campaigns for events and partner campaigns.
- Assist with performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting).
- Distribute email and CRM campaigns adhering to guidelines.
- Monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs.
- Support campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Contribute to A/B testing and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external SEO and paid media agencies.
